Zero-PII Data Architecture
Phyllis Ann Data is built on a 100% FTC Zero-PII Privacy model: no personally identifiable information is ever extracted, retained, or processed as part of our audience intelligence pipeline. Our zero-cookie compliance relies on contextual NLP (GLiNER Bi-Encoder / ModernBERT) and differential privacy to produce anonymous, aggregate statistical vectors — not individual profiles.
Information We Collect
When you request a free trial API key or a sample CSV export, we collect the work email, company name, and intended use case you provide. This is used only to issue your trial credentials, deliver the requested sample data, and follow up about our data subscription tiers. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
Our underlying data products (Tier 1-3 subscriptions) contain zero PII, zero device fingerprinting, and zero tracking cookies — only aggregate demographic and intent vectors derived from publicly available signals.
